Rehearsals

FOR NEW MEMBERS ATTENDING OUR FIRST REHEARSAL following lock down due to COVID – Sunday 10th October. Please follow guidance below for rehearsals at and gigs –

REHEARSALS IN CHAPEL opposite Halliwell Theatre at University of Wales, Trinity St David, Carmarthen Campus.

We recommend that members undertake a LFD test before attending a rehearsal/gig, however, we cannot insist – this is voluntary. Lateral Flow Device (LFD) self testing kits can be obtained direct from NHS website, test centres or chemists. They are free of charge. Please do not attend rehearsal if returning a positive or 2 void LFD self tests – in this event you will need to book a PCR test by phoning 119 and follow TTP (Test Trace & Protect) instructions.

Do not attend either if you are showing symptoms of COVID19. A seating plan will be produced for each rehearsal and you will be required to sign in.

Rehearsals will take place in The Chapel and not usual location as larger area to support social distancing. Please hand sanitise on entering and leaving location.

Use your own music stand. Face Coverings must be worn at all times in buildings unless when seated, rehearsing or performing. When not seated and walking around please follow guidance – not to be near anyone within 2 meters for 15 minutes or more nor within 1 meter distance for 1 minute or more.

Thank you all for your support and we look forward in welcoming you to our ‘band family’.
